R&A art\pr agency (“the agency”, “we”) is a marketing agency with offices in Kyiv and Baku. For any questions about your data, write to ra.agency.ua@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
Only what you submit in the request form yourself: name, phone or Telegram, email (optional), the selected service, budget and message. The website’s hosting provider may automatically record technical data (IP address, browser type) in service logs.
3. Why
To respond to your request, clarify the task and prepare a commercial proposal. We don’t use this data for newsletters without your consent.
4. Where the data is stored
Requests arrive in the agency’s work Telegram chat and/or mailbox. Only the team members working on your request have access.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed for our cooperation, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Sharing with third parties
We don’t sell or share your data with third parties, except the technical services the website and requests run through (hosting, Telegram, email).
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion — write to ra.agency.ua@gmail.com.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website doesn’t use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.
